Why is it important?
The bond between a groomer and a pet is a special one. When a pet comes in once a month, dogs will develop a sense of trust with their groomer must faster. Dogs that only come 6-4 times a year see grooming as a chore or a punishment while dogs coming in every 4 weeks see it as a part of life.
